Questionaire

(e.g., blurry vision, difficulty focusing, double vision, trouble seeing at night)
Are you experiencing eye discomfort?
(e.g., dryness, redness, pain, strain, headaches after visual tasks)
Do you wear glasses or contact lenses?
This includes reading glasses or prescription contacts.

Holding text further away or increasing font sizes frequently counts.
Do you have trouble seeing road signs or driving at night?
Glared headlights, halos, or squinting while behind the wheel.
Do you have a medical condition that can affect eyes?
(e.g., diabetes, hypertension, thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions)
Has it been more than 2 years since your last eye exam?
Routine exams check the health of the retina, not just how well you see.
You need an eye test.
Based on your answers, it is highly recommended that you book an appointment with an optometrist or ophthalmologist soon to check your vision and eye health.
✅ You likely don't need a test right now.
Everything looks good! However, remember that routine checks every 1–2 years are still recommended to keep your eyes healthy and catch subtle changes early.
